Our customer service starts at the introduction to Woodland Creek, and continues through during your evaluation process, purchase and post purchase phases.

Introduction

At our show home and on our website you will find information on the various house plans, interior finishing schemes, and options that are available at Woodland Creek. Our team is available to answer your questions and explain the unique features and values of a Woodland Creek home.

Your New Home

Based on your specific needs, we can provide you with available options and pricing for various plans and features. We may have a home that meets your needs that is already built or under construction, or we will build one for you.

Purchase

Offers are written through our licensed realtors using standard Victoria Real Estate board forms and an addendum that is specific to the Woodland Creek development.

Once a purchase contract is entered into your specific requests are combined into finalized construction plans.
  • Home owners will be invited to visit their home during the construction phase during open house times or by appointment.
  • A walk though will be scheduled with our sales team and builder at the rough-in-stage of building your home for a review of Television and internet locations, and to answer any questions.
  • Prior to the completion and possession of your new home, there is a New Home Warranty walk through inspection by the buyer and the builder to identify any deficiencies. Any deficiencies are noted and will be corrected.

New Home Warranty

Woodland Creek homes are built by SC Smith Building Co. Ltd., a HPO (Homeowner Protection Office) registered new home builder. The new home is covered by a new home warranty with National Home Warranty. This includes 2 years of coverage on workmanship, 5 years on water penetration and 10 years on structural.
After you have taken possession of your new home, our dedicated sales and building team will be with you every step of the way to assure a seamless transition into your new home. Our dedicated approach to full customer service will continue after the move in, and we will offer timely responses to any questions that arise. Warranty issues will be dealt with quickly, with as little disruption as possible to the enjoyment of your new home.

Customer Satisfaction Assurance – AVID Ratings Canada

To ensure that we are on the ball with our customer service we employ Avid Ratings Canada® to provide research services for three customer satisfaction surveys conducted throughout the home buying experience at Woodland Creek. Avid Ratings is a full-service customer loyalty management firm, providing customer loyalty research, organizational strategies, employee training, and proprietary solutions to the home building industry throughout North America.
