Sooke Real Estate at Power to Play

New home development in Sooke BC supports Power to Play

Sooke and the Power to Play

It’s spring so it’s time to unleash our Woodland Creek “Up the Creek” team at the Power to Play event on May 27, 2012. We will be participating in an all day, mind and body bending outdoor adventure race to raise money for the Power to Be.

The event is to support Power to Be adventure-based programs that connect families living with significant life barriers with their abilities through activity and nature.  Last year we discovered the power of social media to help us support and sustain the wonderful impact that Power to Be has in our community (see our blog “The Power to Be (Social)” . We’d are excited this year to build on this approach and ask for your support once again.

You can watch our Woodland Creek Sooke BC Facebook page for our dirty pictures (I mean mud and lots of it – last year was insane!) though we hope you will help us further support the Power to Be by helping us reach our goal of $3,000 through our Power to Play giving page.
Until May 26, 2012, for every new Facebook like, we will give $2.00 to the Power to Be up to a total of Cdn $2,000.

For our current Facebook friends, please make a comment on this blog, share the URL to this blog, or tweet out your support using the hashtag #powertobe . Follow us on twitter at @woodland_creek

For every action, we will send another $2.00 to Power to Be.
