When it came time to design the 1st plan in our latest phase at Woodland Creek we challenged our team to come up with a house plan that would: appeal to a broad range of homeowners including families and empty nesters; make a very efficient use of space; and be architecturally appealing and energy efficient.

Last year the Arbutus Plan on Callumwood Lane in Woodland Creek received recognition for home building excellence at both the local and provincial level. It was particularly an honour for a spec home to be choosen as a finalist along with custom homes in the prestiguous Georgie Awards.

The Arbutus plan combines a beautiful open plan for the kitchen, dining and living room with main floor living having the master bedroom, walk in closet, and 5 piece ensuite on the main floor along with a den and powder room.  Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, a 4 piece main bathroom, and a flex room that can be used as an office, media room, or another bedroom.  We hope you enjoy this video tour.
