For some families, 3 bedrooms are not enough.  We’ve heard this a few times and as a result we’ve added a 4^th bedroom upstairs to a couple of our popular plans – the Birch and the Fir plan.  Coincidently both of these home plans received Silver CARE Awards last year for Best Spec Home under 2,000 square feet.

In staying true to our goal of ‘keeping things simple but flexible’ we want to make the decision to add a 4^th bedroom to your home easy for home buyers, so for each plan we will add a basic additional charge to the house price to add the extra room upstairs. We’re calling this “Bedroom Plus”.  We’ve also made the 4th bedroom option available in the Ironwood and Larch plans too.

Here’s a peak at what we’ve done to each of the floor plans to accommodate the 4th bedroom.  The cost to add the 4th bedroom starts at $3,900 for the Fir plan and is $9,900 for each of the other plans. This means you can have a 2,028 sq. ft. 4 bedroom Fir plan for as little as $408,800 net taxes included.
