Sombrio and Tofino Plans at Woodland Creek

In planning for the launch of our new phase of 26 homes and in celebrating the 10th anniversary of Woodland Creek, we wanted to create a couple of new plans that delivered a traditional family friendly home with 3 bedrooms upstairs in an efficient, stylish, and affordable plan.  We are very pleased to introduce the Sombrio and Tofino plans.
