These plans are similar in layout with a main floor offering a great room approach with a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area and powder room.  The Sombrio comes with a 2 car garage and the Tofino a 1 car garage.

The upstairs in both plans provide 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a walk in closet and full ensuite bathroom, 2 other bedrooms with a main bathroom and laundry.  The neat thing about these plans is that the upstairs is completely reversible so if you want your master bedroom at the front or the back of the home you can choose.
